The 2026/27 MEIJI YASUDA J3 League Matchweek 1 fixture between FC Ryukyu and Giravanz Kitakyushu, scheduled for Saturday 8 August (kick-off 18:00) at Okinawa Prefectural Athletic Stadium, has been postponed due to the impact of Typhoon No. 13.
 
The match has been rescheduled for Wednesday 9 September at Okinawa Prefectural Athletic Stadium, with kick-off set for 19:00.
