Ventforet Kofu have announced that goalkeeper Kohei Kawata has suffered an injury.
Kawata has been diagnosed with a right lateral meniscus injury and osteochondral damage in his right knee. He underwent surgery on 20 August and is expected to be sidelined for approximately five months.
