League leaders Omiya created chances at home to Oita but lacked a cutting edge as the match ended goalless. They remain unbeaten this season and stay top of the table. Imabari claimed their long-awaited first win of the season as Kota Mori struck the winner in the 89th minute to seal a 1-0 home victory over Tosu. Miyazaki beat Fujieda 3-2, with Mahiro Ano scoring twice, to claim their first-ever J2 victory.

Iwata edged Kofu 1-0 away from home as Tokumo Kawai's 74th-minute goal proved to be the winner. Akita cruised to a 4-1 victory over Tokushima, with Shota Suzuki scoring twice.
