Nara Edge Gifu! Tottori Hit Four Past Kitakyushu [Summary: MEIJI YASUDA J3 Matchweek 6]

Four Matchweek 6 fixtures in the MEIJI YASUDA J3 LEAGUE were played on 12 September.

Yamaguchi cruised to a 2-0 home victory over Gunma thanks to goals from Sota Watanabe and Ryuhei Yamamoto. Nara edged Gifu 2-1, with Sora Mochizuki striking the winner in the 85th minute after the match had been level at 1-1.

Kumamoto took the lead away to Fukushima through Hideatsu Ozawa in the 29th minute. Fukushima equalised, but Ora Ishihara restored Kumamoto's lead in the 61st minute to seal a 2-1 victory.

Tottori took the lead away to Kitakyushu through Ryo Arai in the 17th minute before Shinya Yajima doubled their advantage in the 29th. Kitakyushu pulled one back in the 42nd minute, but Sota Yamamoto added a third after the break before Masaki Kaneura made it 4-1. Kitakyushu scored again in the 78th minute, but Tottori ran out 4-2 winners.
