Fujieda MYFC have announced that forward Takaya Numata and his wife have welcomed their first child, a baby girl.
Numata commented through the club:
“Thank you, as always, to everyone connected with Fujieda MYFC for all your support. I’m delighted to share that our first child, a baby girl, has been born. I’m incredibly grateful to my wife, who went through so much during the birth, and to our daughter for arriving safely and in good health. I’m also truly grateful to the club for all their support during this time. I was so happy when the players celebrated Kawamoto’s goal with a cradle celebration. It’s a moment I’ll never forget. Thank you, everyone. From now on, I want to keep growing every day and take even greater responsibility, both as a father and as a footballer.”
