Kataller Toyama have announced that defender Yutaka Takeuchi will join JFL side Verspah Oita on a development loan. The loan runs from 1 October 2026 to 30 June 2027.
Takeuchi joined Toyama in 2025 and has not made an appearance in the MEIJI YASUDA J2 LEAGUE this season.
Takeuchi commented through the club:
“I have decided to join Verspah Oita on loan. Your passionate support at matches and the encouragement you gave me at the training ground have meant a great deal to me and given me strength. There have been many frustrating moments during my time in Toyama, but I’ll use that frustration as motivation, keep improving and come back to Toyama a better player. Thank you so much for all your support.”
