Nagoya Grampus Promote DF Odike and Two Other U-18 Players to First Team

Nagoya Grampus have announced that U-18 defenders Chisom Taichi Odike and Rekuto Shiraogawa, and midfielder Ryoma Tsuneyoshi, will be promoted to the first team from February 2027.
Following the announcement, the three players commented:
Chisom Taichi Odike:
"I am delighted to have reached the starting line of my lifelong dream of becoming a professional footballer. I will always be grateful to everyone who has supported me, and I'll give everything I have to become a player who can lead the team to victory with my strengths in the air and my pace. Rekuto Shiraogawa:
"I am delighted to begin my professional career at Nagoya Grampus, a club with a proud history that has also been my home for the past six years in the academy. I will never forget the gratitude I owe to all the coaches, teammates and everyone else who has supported me. I will embrace the responsibility that comes with being a professional footballer and give everything I have to earn the opportunity to play in front of the Grampus family as soon as possible and help the team win. I will also continue working hard every day to become a player who can succeed on the world stage. I hope you'll support me."
Ryoma Tsuneyoshi:
"I am delighted to be promoted to the first team. I joined the Grampus School when I was four years old and progressed through the Nagoya Grampus U-12, U-15 and U-18 academy teams. Grampus has always been a big part of my life, and I have learned so much here, not only as a footballer but also as a person. I am where I am today thanks to everyone who has supported me, including my family, coaches, teammates and the entire Grampus family. I am truly grateful to them all.
