MF Takahashi Joins Vissel Kobe on Permanent Transfer from JEF United Chiba

Vissel Kobe have announced that midfielder Issei Takahashi will join the club on a permanent transfer from JEF United Chiba.
Takahashi returned to Chiba in 2020 and recorded 18 appearances and 1 goal in last season's MEIJI YASUDA J1 100 YEAR VISION LEAGUE.
Following the announcement, Takahashi commented:
"I am truly honoured to join the reigning J.League champions. I am excited by the challenge that lies ahead, and I will work hard every day with determination. I look forward to meeting all the fans and supporters at the stadium. Thank you for your support."
