The J.League will once again support the Japan Football Association’s (JFA) Respect Fairplay Days initiative this year.

Launched in 2014, the initiative aims to raise awareness and prevent discrimination and violence in football and sport by taking a clear stand against such behaviour and promoting efforts to eradicate it.

As a member of the football family, the J.League will continue to promote the spirit of respect—valuing and caring for others—and fair play, while sending a clear message that discrimination and violence will never be tolerated. This includes discriminatory and abusive comments directed at players, referees and others on social media.

■ Period: Friday 11 September – Monday 14 September 2026
