Kagoshima Stay Top with Fourth Straight Win! Gunma Give Yoda Winning Start [Summary: MEIJI YASUDA J3 Matchweek 7]

Four Matchweek 7 fixtures in the MEIJI YASUDA J3 LEAGUE were played on 19 September.
 
Kagoshima took the lead at home to Tochigi SC through Ryo Arita in the fifth minute before Koju Yoshio doubled their advantage in the 37th. Aura Takahashi added a third in the first minute of stoppage time, and although Tochigi SC pulled one back late on, Kagoshima ran out comfortable 3-1 winners. The victory made it four wins in a row and kept Kagoshima unbeaten and top of the table.
 
Nara edged Tottori 3-2 away from home, with Rikuto Ando scoring twice. Their second straight win moved them provisionally into fifth.
 
Ehime beat Sanuki 2-1 thanks to goals from Shota Tamura and Arata Kozakai. Gunma, meanwhile, edged Kochi 1-0 thanks to Ryo Nakamura's 70th-minute winner, giving new manager Mitsumasa Yoda a winning start and lifting them off the bottom of the table.
