Japan Professional Football League (J. League) has formed U-16 Select Team and will hold training camp in England from November 6, as part of the “J.League Global Football Advisor Project,” which started in 2025.
After arriving in England, the team will hold training sessions and is scheduled to play training matches against the youth teams of Queens Park Rangers FC and Chelsea FC. The training camp, featuring 23 players from J.League club academies, will be led by Mr. Roger Schmidt, the J.League Global Football Advisor.
The schedule for the training session and training matches is as follows:
Training Camp: November 8 (Sun) to November 14 (Sat)
Training Match:
① November 11 (Wed) vs. Queens Park Rangers FC U-17
② November 14 (Sat) vs. Chelsea FC U-17
