Kitakyushu suffered a 2-1 defeat to Okinawa SV (Okinawa) after extra time. Kagoshima defeated Yamaguchi 2-1 thanks to goals from Aura Takahashi and Ryo Arita.
 
Gunma cruised to a 3-1 victory over Tohoku Gakuin University (Miyagi), with Shido Izuma scoring twice. Sanuki suffered a 3-1 defeat to Veroskronos Tsuno (Miyazaki) after extra time, while Kochi were beaten 3-0 by Verspah Oita (Oita).
