Four Matchweek 13 fixtures in the MEIJI YASUDA J1 LEAGUE were played on 1 November, with Yokohama F. Marinos returning to winning ways against Kawasaki Frontale.

Machida were held to a goalless home draw by Gamba Osaka. Despite creating chances, they were unable to find a breakthrough and had to settle for their second consecutive draw, dropping from the top of the table.

Yokohama F. Marinos beat Kawasaki Frontale 4-2 at home to claim their first win in five matches. Daiya Tono opened the scoring in the 12th minute before Tomoki Kondo doubled the lead in the 28th. Kawasaki pulled one back five minutes later, but Kaina Tanimura restored the hosts' two-goal advantage in the 41st minute. Jeisson Quinones added a fourth in the 56th, and a late Kawasaki goal did little to change the outcome.

Tokyo Verdy secured their second consecutive victory with a 2-1 away win over Nagasaki. Itsuki Someno broke the deadlock just before half-time, but Nagasaki equalised in the 76th minute. Kazunari Ichimi struck the winner five minutes later to seal all three points.

Chiba cruised to a 3-0 home victory over Fukuoka to claim their first win in seven matches. Makoto Himeno opened the scoring in the 25th minute, finding the net for the second consecutive match, before Takayuki Mae doubled the lead in the 65th. Hiroto Goya added a third in second-half stoppage time. The result lifted Chiba to 18th place, while Fukuoka dropped to the bottom of the table after their fourth straight defeat.
