Nagoya Grampus have announced that tryouts for their academy team will take place on Sunday at the Toyota Sports Center Second Ground.
The selection event will commence from 17:30 local time and is open to students in their third year of junior high school, with a participation fee of 2,000 yen.
Products of the club’s Under-18 team include current Grampus players Nikki Havenaar and midfielder Asahi Yada.
Current Southampton and Japan international defender Maya Yoshida is also a famous graduate.
