Yokohama F. Marinos announced winger Takuya Kida will be sidelined for the next six weeks with injury last Friday.
The 21-year-old suffered a sprained left ankle while playing for the Japan Under-22 national team in a training match against Meiji Yasuda J1 League side Sagan Tosu the day before.
Kida has made 24 appearances, including 20 starts, for F. Marinos this season.
The Kanagawa native is a club youth product, moving into the first-team squad in 2013 and featuring as a regular this season.
