Sanfrecce Hiroshima on Saturday announced a collaboration with popular GPS-based mobile online game Ingress.
Fans arriving from Koikikoenmae Station on the Astram Line will be able to participate in a mission called “Welcome to Edion Stadium”.
Players who complete the mission will receive a commemorative medal within the game.
The club won the MEIJI YASUDA J1 League second stage with their 5-0 win over Shonan Bellmare on Sunday, as well as leading the overall league table.
Hajime Moriyasu’s men will now take part in the post-season championship for the title.
