Mito Hollyhock striker Nguyen Cong Phuong will arrive in Japan on Tuesday as he prepares to join his team-mates in training on Wednesday, February 17.
The 21-year-old “Vietnamese Messi” joined the Ibaraki prefecture club on a one-year loan from Vietnam’s HAGL FC in December.
Hollyhock will open the 2016 MEIJI YASUDA J2 League season away at Kyoto Sanga on February 28.
